We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Any unwashed, unworn item purchased from our store may be exchanged with original tags and receipt within 15 days of purchase.
Due to reasons of hygiene, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for gifts, reward points redeemed items, or special discounted items.

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with the original tags, packaging, and receipt if initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

- You are responsible for the cost to return the unwanted item, plus a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for the replacement (continental US).
- If the exchange item is part of an order that qualified for our $249 free shipping policy, the replacement ships free.
