Return & Exchange Policy for apparel items

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with the original tags, packaging, and receipt if initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

*All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned.

*Return cost is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. 

To return:

• Initiate your return process by submitting the Return Request Form bradoria.returnscenter.com with the order number to initiate and recieve return instructions.
• The customer is responbile for return shipping cost
• Please allow us 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return. Once inspected for quality, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment which will usually take another 2-3 business days depending on different banks.

To exchange:

• Initiate your return process by submitting the Return Request Form bradoria.returnscenter.com with the order number to initiate and receive return instructions. In Step 3, select Exchange, and describe the product name, size, and color you want to exchange to in the Exchange Details box.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the unwanted item and the flat shipping rate of $4.99 to ship the new item in continental US mainland
• However, If the exchange item is part of an order qualified for a "free shipping $249 and more" policy, the new replacement item is qualified for a free shipping.
